MMA Mats UK - These Tatami grip high impact foam mats are made from EVA memory foam. The mats are waterproof and easily wiped. These green/black reversible mats are 1m x 1m x 40mm, they come with edges and tessellate together just like a jigsaw puzzle. Mat sections can be flipped to create colour zones and are easily swapped out or flipped if damaged. These hard wearing mats if cared for correctly will last a lifetime.

Although these mats can be used for a vast array of sports such as karate and kickboxing, boxing etc they are most popular for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and BJJ practitioners.

These mats can be mixed with the red/black MMA mats UK and the grey/black MMA mats to create different colour combinations.

The tatami grip on these mats is mid range so its not too abrasive (low burn) for ground work but has good grip for sudden changes in direction required during stand-up sports. A good all round versatile mat that is effective for gyms hosting different styles of martial arts and sports.
